INTRODUCTION:
1.1 Foreword:
The crawler crane LR 1100 featuring the new Litronic VME-control continues the success story of its
predecessor the LR 1140.
The base machine
– has a high stability,
– can be fitted with a self-loading system and a track width adjustment system as a special option.
The new Litronic VME-control
– combines the advantages of the most up-to-date control technology with hydraulic power
transmission (load limit regulation, wear-resistant pressure limitation, etc.),
– is set up for future boom combinations, for which boom sections from different classes can be
combined,
– offers a multitude of options,
– provides extensive diagnostic possibilities.
the hugely improved computing performance now allows stepless and simultaneous (optional)
adjustment of the main boom and fly-jib and drastically reduces maintenance times when programming
the set-up stage. The main boom and the fly-jib have to be equipped with a cross and a double
T-master switch.
* The cross and double T-master switch makes it possible to simultaneously adjust the main and
flyjib.
On our own behalf
The Liebherr name does not only represent products and performances, but has also become
synonymous with ideas and innovations. For progress that has already been proven in the market.
we are continuously expanding and improving our already wide range of technical products and
performances with great vigor. For this reason, constant collaboration and swapping of experiences
with our customers and business partners throughout the world is a prerequisite. We are therefore
grateful for all proposals and every improvement suggested.
