HeyDownloads, much like eBay, is a multi-seller and multi-buyer open marketplace. It is not always possible for HeyDownloads to verify the copyrights of every product uploaded. HeyDownloads respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.
It is HeyDownloads’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
Notification of Copyright Infringement
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, HeyDownloads will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
Please include the following in your notice:
- Identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identify the infringing material and its URL on our Services.
- Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include a statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized.
- Include a statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
- Provide your full legal name and electronic or physical signature.

Counter Notices
If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter notice including:
- Identify the removed material and its previous location.
- Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake.
- Include consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court.
- Provide your full legal name and electronic or physical signature.

Notification of Trademark Infringement
If you believe your trademark is being infringed, please provide:
- Your full legal name and electronic or physical signature.
- Contact information including name, address, phone, and email.
- Identification of the trademark(s) alleged to have been infringed.
- Information sufficient to identify the challenged use.
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that all information is accurate.
