Maintenance instructions:
This Maintenance Manual is intended for service personnel. It contains no descriptions or instructions
for repair work. Repairs may only be carried out by properly qualified personnel who have received
the relevant training.
For repair work the following are also required:
– a suitably equipped workshop
– special tools
– spare parts authorized by Krupp Mobilkrane GmbH
Look after your crane and maintain it regularly and meticulously so that it is available for use when you
need it. This will also increase its life.
Please note that the warranty provided for the truck crane by Krupp Mobilkrane GmbH can only be upheld
if:
– the truck crane is only used for the purpose for which it is intended,
– the truck crane is serviced and maintained in accordance with the instructions,
– repairs to the truck crane are carried out in accordance with professional standards.
Damage and breakdowns are often caused by lack of maintenance, for example:
– insufficient oil, grease or antifreeze,
-dirt,
– damaged or worn ropes,
-faults in the compressed air or hydraulic systems,
– damaged hoses or loose couplings,
– impaired brakes,
– damaged or worn tyres or wheel rims.
– non-observance of the maintenance schedule.
