Perform lubrication, maintenance, and adjustments
- using trained personnel,
- as scheduled in table, or during inspection of technical conditions,
- as specified in safety, fire, ecological, and health regulations in Operations Manual VH 1700 roller,
- after the machine, lubrication points, and spots for maintenance or repair have been washed,
- with the machine on a firm, flat surface,
- wedged against spontaneous movement,
- with electrical breaker off, locked batteries cover, and ignition key removed, and with notice ”Machine under repair fixed to the dashboard,
- with machine cooled off,
- using undamaged tools,
- with zero hydrostatic pressure, and to valid regulations,
- by replacing defective or worn out parts with new, original ones. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by the use of unauthorized parts.
- with satisfactory illumination at night and poor visibility,
- with covers and safety elements re-installed,
- with connectors and bolts tightened to specified torque, and inspection of tightness of connectors that were loosened during maintenance,
- after the fills warmed up by the operation of the machine, preferably in rest – watch out for being burnt – use recommended fills.
