1 – Loosen the belts tensron usrng a Jornted handle and a socket on the tension arm. Remove the belt from the pulleys.
2 – Release the tension applied to the tension arm and remove the jointed handle.
3 – Scribe a mark (A) on the tensioner swivel arm as shown in the illustration.
4 – Measure 21 mm from (A) and scribe a mark (B) on the tensionerfitting base.
5 – Swivel the arm using a torque wrench until the marks (A) and (B) are aligned with (C).
6 – Log the torque wrench measurement and compare it with the specification below. Change the tensioner if required.
