Engine room interfaces, MTU – Third-party systems This manual describes the connection between all available interfaces on the engine and systems supplied by third-party manufacturers. The following connections must be established:
• Plant connector X51 on the Engine Interface Module
• Power supply for EIM
• Power supply(ies) for the starter(s) (for electric starting only)
• If applicable: External starting air pressure sensor (for air starting only)
