INTRODUCTION:
- Our telescopic lift trucks have been designed to ensure simple manoeuvres and easy maintenance. Before operating the truck for the first time, the driver should read and become fully familiar with the various chapters in this manual.
- These instructions have been prepared to provide all the information required for proper servicing and truck operation. Ву complying with these indications, the truck driver will Ье аЫе to get the best performances from his vehicle. The terms “right” and “left”, “front” and “rear” used in this manual refer to positions viewed Ьу the driver seated normally in the driving seat.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ТНЕ LIFT TRUCK DRIVER:
– Become familiar with the telescopic lift truck on the teпain where it will Ье used.
– Сапу the load in а low position with the telescopic arms fully retracted.
– Set the fork arms perpendicular to the load.
– Drive the truck at а speed suited to the ground conditions in question.
– Never drive too fast or sharply brake with а load.
– When picking up а load, check that the ground is as even as possiЫe.

– When the load is lifted, check that no one will Ье аЫе to hamper the operation and avoid incoпect
manoeuvres.
– Never attempt operations that are beyond the capacity of the lift truck.
– Never lift а load that is heavier than the truck capacity and never increase the size of the counterweight.
– Drive around obstructions.
– Ве careful when there are electric саЫеs, ditches, freshly dug soil or recently filled excavations.
– Never leave the engine running when the truck is unattended.
– Use the brake when depositing а difficult load or when the ground is sloping.
– Never ever leave the truck parked with а raised load.
– Never authorize anyone to соте near or walk under а load.
– Always bear safety in mind and only сапу well balanced loads.
– Never lift а load Ьу one single fork arm.
– Drive carefully and with prompt reflexes.
– When the lift truck is not used, lower the fork arms to the ground and engage the hand brake.
– Never ever leave the starting keys in the truck whilst the driver is absent.
– Never leave the truck loaded with the hand brake engaged on slopes exceeding а 15% gradient.
– Comply with the values given in the load curves.
– Never ever transport passengers on the lift truck.
