INTRODUCTION:

The Reedrill MK65HE is an extremely rugged, underground mining and tunneling drill jumbo that is able to operate in headings as small as 13.1 FT. (4m) wide and drill headings as large as 21.3 FT. (6.5 m) high. The two boom, fully hydraulic MK65HE jumbo includes a diesel propelled carrier with articulated steering and an electrically powered hydraulic drilling system.

• A simple hydraulic system makes the MK65HE suitable for extremely tough working conditions and provides low power consumption. Equipped with Reedrill hydraulic rock drills, MD hydraulic booms and HFAS feeds, this unit can be used for various mining and construction applications.
• The electrically driven main hydraulic drilling system is equipped with variable volume piston pumps.
• The MK65HE also features an anti-jam system, automatic drill return system, parallel drilling system and constant sting system.
• This manual provides basic safety and operating procedures along with daily maintenance and lubrication recommendations.
