This manual contains necessary information for the safe and efficient operation of the F-4E Phantom II. The revision is a completely reprinted manual, and, normally contains the results of the Flight Manual Command Review. Routine changes are issued as required and, normally, contain ECP/TCTO coverage and changes/additions to the manual that do not require immediate dissemination. Rapid action changes are expeditiously prepared and published as formal replacement pages for the manual, and are normally issued in lieu of, or to replace, safety/operational supplements.
